University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City – A pioneering university in applying digital technology to teaching and learning
From August 2025, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has partnered with Pearson Higher Education (Pearson HE) to apply digital technology in teaching and learning, becoming the first higher education institution in Vietnam to comprehensively implement the Pearson HE Digital Learning Platforms ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as the Pearson Ecosystem). This marks a significant milestone in UEH’s journey to build a modern, globally integrated educational environment.

On the morning of September 26, 2025, a solemn and meaningful Opening Ceremony for the 51st Intake of full-time undergraduate programs took place at UEH Ho Chi Minh City, leading up to the 50th anniversary of UEH's establishment (October 27, 1976 - October 27, 2026). With the theme "The First Page – Write Your Own Story at UEH," the event not only marked the opening chapter in the academic journey of the 51st Intake's new students but also encouraged them to confidently write their own stories with memorable experiences and achievements at UEH over the next four years.
